French Crepes “Cesar”
The French know kissing (the FC won me over with his smooches). They also know crepes. This is my FC’s go-to crepe recipe, translated from the French just for you!
Ingredients
For four person:
* 125g de flour / 1cup
* 2 eggs
* half litter milk
* 1 pincée de sel
* 25 grams butter
* 1 table spoon sugar
* 1 tablespoon Frangelico (optional, also rum or another liquour will do)
Do not mixed flour and eggs before adding the milk !
